We are all doing well!

Here's Reid riding the John Deere tractor that he got for Christmas. Reid has been alittle frustrated with his tractor because it will not do what he wants. He wants to ride in the yard and pickup "sticks" and wants it to go "fast".

So....he now has a pink Barbie Jeep that is much faster and will go in the yard. Here is the story. My Mammaw and Papaw bought this for my cousins about 10 years ago and then once they were finished, Papaw gave it to his brother for his grandkids. Well, they didn't ride it very much and are now to big for it. Papaw knew that his brother still had the Jeep so he went and picked it up. When we found out that we would soon have a Barbie Jeep, Craig and I decided that we would paint it and sticker it up for a boy before we gave it to Reid. Well, as you can see we didn't wait. After we saw the Jeep, it was apparent that the paint and detail job would take some time, that we don't have right now, so we went ahead and gave it to him.

Reid LOVES it!!! Says "fast Jeep". Something else that is funny about the Barbie Jeep is that Reid loves to go to Toys-r-us and play in a Barbie Jeep almost just like this. I am sure that he thinks this is it. This Jeep is in great shape and has hardly been used. Even the radio still works.

Reid does a great job steering this Jeep...we were really surprised. Oh, and we had to zip-tie his tractor wagon to the back so he could get "hay" and "sticks". It worked great. Maybe sometime it will be transformed but for now he is cruising around in the pink Jeep. He doesn't seem to care but I think Craig was alittle hesitant.

Over the last week or so, Reid has made Craig ride beside of him while he rode his little tractor and then tonight he did the same with the Jeep.

We are still waiting for Case to arrive...

Beach Trip 2010

Look how lucky we were this year...the whole gang (16 adults and 4 kids) spent the week in this house in the Isle of Palms.

Today we went to the Zoo with Rachel and Harrison. We had a great time. This was Reid's first full trip to the Zoo. We had limited exposure when we took him to Boo at the Zoo this last year. Reid was very excited to see all the animals.

He loved the petting area. He went right in like he had been there before.

Here he got very excited and started making "monkey" noises.

We spent the morning at Fountain City Park.

He enjoyed throwing rocks in the creek.

We are happy to say that everything is going great with the pregnancy. We have been blessed with another little boy. We are very excited and can't wait to meet... Case McClure Daniel.

Check out Reid, Garland, Cohen and Hudson all in the wagon together. What a blessing to have such wonderful cousins.

Reid's favorite is the Lawn Mower. He loves to say the words, play with John Deere toys, ride his battery-powered John Deere and to ride on his Daddy's lawn mower.

This was what he chose for the weekly Saturday morning trip to the dump and outside time with Daddy. Reid loves wearing hats, shoes (sometimes prefers them not to match) and belts.
