I think I forgot to report that Reid had his first tooth breakthrough on the 15th of this month.  I think that he is working on another one now.  

Reid likes dill pickles just like his mommy.

We had our first trip to the library today. 

 The ZooMobile was there with some of the small animals. 

 

Look at me, I am a big boy!  Reid Harrison is growing up.  Makes Mommy and Daddy so sad.  

Cohen Taylor...Look at this stud!  He got a little dirty before the photographer took his picture.   This is sooo him.  Full force, non-stop, all boy.  He is great entertainment.  Garland Kay...How precious and sweet is she?  Her blue eyes match the water. 
Reid was very interested in the sand.  We didn't let him get to interested.  Next year he will be able to dig a little deeper and explore the sand and beach.  
This was at the house.  I took a small inflatable pool and he played in the shade after his nap.  

We went to the beach a couple weeks ago and had a great time.  Few updates on Reid.  He got his first tooth this week and I think he is working on the one next to it or else the first one is still bothering him.  He's alittle cranky, not eating well and he wakes up during sleep crying.  Also, he is crawling the "Reid way".  Maybe it's a scoot.  Anyway, it gets him wherever he wants to go.  He can sit up from the crawling position and is trying to pull up on stuff.  He's into everything, we need a recorder for "No, Reid!", "No, Sir!".  Lots of jabbers too.  Started saying Da, Da, Da at the beach.  He had his 8-month birthday on Monday.  So hard to believe.  

Sorry that I haven't posted in a while.  We've been a little busy.  We are getting ready for the big family beach trip. We are leaving on Saturday.  Reid is doing great.  Growing big.  Eating meats for dinner and has somewhat figured out a sippy cup and drinks water after lunch and dinner.  He is getting around by scooting on his belly.  Every now and then he will rock a little on his knees.  Still no teeth...just waiting for that.  Sleeping great and has discovered how wonderful it is to sleep on his belly.  We love watching him on the video monitor.  He moves alot during the night but sleeps about 10-11 hours.  Craig and I are sleeping like rocks...good, good sleep.  

Today we came in from getting the mail and I let Reid carry in the Pottery Barn catalog.  I sat him down with his toys and walked in the kitchen and when I returned, I found this.  I guess this is how he feels about Pottery Barn.  He was squealing loudly...he thought he was really something getting to destroy the catalog.  

Reid's 6 Month Pictures.  There are so many that we love, here are a few of the favorites.  We had a perfect day for pictures on Friday.  Our photographer is excellent.  We call her when Reid wakes up from his nap and has eaten and go then so it makes for a great experience.  Reid had a great time and did very, very well even through several outfit changes.  

Reid is still trying to acquire a feel for the grass.  The first several times he sat in the grass in shorts and no shoes, he was not liking it.  

My two favorite boys.  They make a great team on the weekends when mommy is working.  Reid adores his daddy.  He gets so excited to see him in the afternoons when Craig comes home from work. 

Reid had a really special day yesterday.  It was his 6 month birthday!!!  It is so hard to believe that he is already 6 months old.  The time has passed so quickly.
